I was at a crossroads in my life and had only a vague idea of what I wanted my future to look like. I was curious about coaching but didn’t know what to expect.

Kaley helped me identify what was important to me to live my best life. I was surprised how individualized my coaching was. It was not a cookie cutter approach but truly tailored to me. I looked forward to our sessions each week. Kaley made it easy to get inspired and it was fun and challenging to take the steps toward my goals. I was able to open up to Kaley, never any judgment, and I felt she truly cared about me and my progress.

I had a couple of personal setbacks during coaching and thought about postponing my remaining sessions but Kaley gently encouraged me to not give up even with the unexpected challenges. I learned to keep going in spite of the road blocks and I have to say it was truly life changing. My new habits are becoming part of my daily routine and a part of who I am and who I want to be.

How I Began My Health and Wellness Journey

I am a fully-certified health and life coach, with a nutrition certification. I love helping caregivers achieve their wellness goals. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources. I support and offer accountability for you in achieving your desired goals.

 

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth. Helping you identify your mind and body. While discovering the challenges that are stopping you from having the life that you want, so that you can overcome your obstacles with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living your best life.

 

I have come a long way in my health journey and I continue to grow. There was a time in my life where anxiety and stress ruled my days and nights. Where negative self talk held me back and left me feeling exhausted with absolutely having no time for myself. Learning to develop coping skills, self care techniques, cultivating self compassion and discovering coaching for myself,  turned my life into something I am truly proud to share. I am excited to help other caregivers uncover within themselves what was revealed to me; how to find and source your personal power.
