My Backround

I have been a caregiver all of my adult life through my career.  I am also my 91 year old grandmother's caregiver as well. I can relate with what struggles you are going through. The exhaustion, the fear, the never enough time all of the things that us caregivers experience. I just ask you to let me hold your hand and walk you through my system to be able to make it easy instead of difficult. I am a certified health and life coach, I have a nutrition certification, I have a human service degree and lots and lots of experience caregiving in all forms. I have been a direct care staff, manager of direct care staff, supervisor in a home setting for caregiving, I am a mother and have been a foster parent.
