Create Time, Reclaim Your Energy, and Prioritize YOU As caregivers, it often feels like there’s never enough time and that everyone else’s needs come before our own. In this program, we focus on helping you create space in your life, not just in your schedule, but mentally and emotionally too. You'll learn practical strategies to make time for what matters, rather than constantly feeling pulled in every direction. We’ll help you shift from constantly reacting to intentionally creating a life that works for you. A big part of that is learning how to make yourself a priority. We’ll explore what that really means not selfishness, but self-preservation. You'll begin to rebuild your sense of self-worth and confidently step into a version of your life where your needs are valid and important. We’ll also identify and address the energy vampires in your life—the people, habits, or situations that drain you. You’ll learn how to protect your energy, set boundaries without guilt, and create a support system that lifts you up instead of wearing you down.
